We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Omni Inventory Planning for our Omni Channel team at our North American headquarters in Portland, OR.

Work with various business partners to analyze, review and recommend actions to maximize sales, turns and gross margin for excess inventory by channel.

  • Ability to access data from a variety of database structures and put together comprehensive reporting for the team
  • High level understanding of the end-to-end planning process
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with merchandising systems / applications (MicroStrategy, Access, Tableau, SAP & SQL)
  • Advanced Excel skills, and a thorough understanding of macros, pivot tables, lookup formulas, formatting, etc.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, resulting in the ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Able to make quick decisions off limited information
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task to complete objectives on a tight timeline
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, IT
  • Industry-specific experience preferred
  • Inventory management, Retail Planning or Financial Planning experience

Were all remote while the world sorts itself out. Upon our eventual return to office, the working location will be Portland, OR. Location : Portland
