Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain master schedule of stadium events
- Create and distribute internal invoices for Partner
- Utilize Infor / Reserve to build internal BEOs as needed
- Assist with building BEO packets to distribute to Catering and Culinary teams
- Opportunities to assist with catering events
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications :
Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and / or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
