About The Position
Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 00 - 15 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period Experience : Minimum 1 year License : CA license (must be in hand;
no temporary licenses accepted) Certifications : BLS, ARRT (N) or NMTCB; CT Advanced Certification preferred Must-Have : Willingness to float between facilities Job Description : Start times will vary between 07 : 00 and 08 : 00.
- No weekends required.- Open to first-time travelers.- On-call duties required.- All travelers may need to float between designated facilities.
- Block scheduling is subject to manager discretion.- Completion of 40 hours of orientation is mandatory.- Required to complete non-billable modules pre-start and annually, with average completion time of 16 hours.
- References covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required. This does not have to be consecutive.- COVID-19 vaccine required;
medical / religious exemptions allowed.- RTO must be included at time of submission.- Must commit to working 3 out of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliated hospitals nearby.- Communication devices needed for duties will be supplied or compensated if not provided.
