A professional in the CLIENT’Consulting and Services Integration ( CSI ) service line should be highlyexperienced in managing consulting relationships at the senior management levelto drive our client's strategic agenda.
Candidates should possess deep knowledgeof the industry, clients, their priorities and pain points. Should haveexperience proactively identifying complex / subtle problems and guiding the teamor client to effective solutions, coordinate and develop cross consultingopportunities
and complete CLIENT services solutions within the account.Candidate will also be responsible to develop joint thought leadership with theISU / accounts.
Ability to focus aggressively on achieving revenue andmargin, demonstrating control over the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities :
- Drive high value client relationships
- Sell and deliver business transformational programs
- Integrate consulting skills to CLIENT’ sales and delivery
- Act as trusted advisor to the client and serve as theconsulting partner of choice internally
- Build domain consulting based solutions leveragingmultiple CSI solution practices and strategic offerings. Bring togetheradvisory and delivery capabilities of CLIENT
- Significantly increase the consulting wallet share inlarge key accounts; meet / exceed revenue targets
- Integrate into the account strategy and become a keycomponent of leadership and driver of overall CLIENT revenue growth.
- Exhibit thought leadership to establish CLIENT brand inthe client consulting space
- Leverage best practices from other client solutions anddelivery
- Create business access to non IT executives
- Develop deep domain based Cx relationships that drive theclient’s strategic agenda
- Provide business ideas and innovation for strategicpositioning of CLIENT
- Strengthen the consultative skills and leadership withinan account
- Develop and leverage internal CLIENT Servicesrelationships
Candidate should possess a deepunderstanding in several Payments related domain areas including :
- RealTime Payments
- PaymentHub - Platform Modernization,
- Security- Tokenization
- PaymentAPIs and Microservices
- ISO20022,NACHA, Wire formats
- Hyperledger,Ethereum (Blockchain)
- SmartContracts
- Cardand Payment Switching
Required Candidate Attributes :
- In current position for 4 or moreyears
- Has worked in a top-tierconsulting company, preferably the Big-X, for 8+ years
- Has served in a professionalservices consulting / advisory capacity for 10+ years
- Has experience in any of the following processes for 8+years (Payment Transformation, Customer Experience, Finance Transformation,Program Management, Strategy, core process optimization)
- BFSI Payments domain experience : 10 - 12+ years preferred
- Worked at fewer than 3 companiesover the past 10 years
Candidate must possess :
- Demonstrated track record of annually generatingmulti-million dollars of consultative solution sales at BFSI clients.
- Verifiable list of senior executive contacts where thephrase senior executive’ equates to an individual who can give the final sayon consulting contracts leading to an annual consulting revenue stream of$10M+.
- Experience with target account business developmentplanning and execution (strategic planning, demand generation, opportunityidentifications, opportunity pursuit, sales closure) within BFSI clients.
- Previously played trusted advisor role to clientexecutives and where applicable, account teams.
- Hands-on experience performing demandgeneration activities including, but not limited to, attending socialclient gatherings, creating pitch’ presentations, delivering pitches, and defining ROI.
- Previous experience in all aspects of running abusiness, including : managing teams, managing to metrics, effective financialmanagement, identifying opportunities for internal collateral / offerings
- Develop and continuously maintain a consulting pipeline ofsales
- Develop and continuously maintain a large deal pipeline ofopportunities that leverage the BPO, ADM, Strategic Offerings and other large CLIENTservices.
- Lead the development, maintenance and implementation of CLIENT’consulting business advisory development strategy for select accounts.
- Identify and convert opportunities for CLIENT servicesinto delivered revenue streams across consulting and other CLIENT Practiceunits
- Oversee delivery engagements and handle the issues andfollow-on opportunities resulting from this type of role.
- Develop innovative intellectual capital and thoughtleadership in Payments for senior client presentations and externalpublication.
- Manage all operational aspects of select accountsincluding but not limited to : account strategy, pipeline management, revenueforecasting, WON management / allocations, revenue / cost / GM management andremediation, unbilled and leakage, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to expand client relationshipsup-line to CX level.
- Aggressive analytic and problem solving excellence
- Past experience managing all aspects (sales, delivery andoperations) for large clients, a business or line of business
- Superior written and oral communications skills.
- Dynamic time management under pressure and constantlychanging priorities.
- Ability to overachieve against personal and teamperformance metrics in a highly matrixed multi-culture global operating model.
