RN Manager Medical Surgical Position Available
- Salary Range : $90,000 - $125,000 per year (Based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus : Case by Case
- Location : Kansas City, MO
Overview : Join our team as an RN Manager in Medical Surgical, overseeing nursing leadership and patient care in a large hospital setting.
No weekend shifts required .
Job Summary : Responsibilities
Provide nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety.
Collaborate with physicians and other departments to coordinate patient needs and ensure quality care.
- Manage resources responsibly in a fiscally prudent manner.
- Initiate and evaluate patient care using performance improvement processes.
- Support the facility's mission and vision, contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of manager / charge experience and 2 years of staff nurse experience in acute care units required.
- Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Missouri as a registered nurse.
- Certifications in area of specialty, BCLS, and ACLS required and to be maintained.

Additional Information :
Medical Surgical Unit : 49 Beds split into two units; Intermediate Care level with a focus on General, Urology, Vascular post-surgical patients, Tele Monitoring, and behavioral health care.
Level I Trauma Center with collaborative support from PCTs, LPNs, and Charge Nurses.
No weekend shifts required.
