We are building an industry-leading integrated media production team within T|Studios. The Senior Post Producer will lead the creation and production of media content for internal and external communications, with a focus on video and media content for initiatives across Social, Public Relations, Broadcast, Human Resources, Keynote addresses, Uncarrier Events, and Executive leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team that manages the creation, production, and post-production of video and graphic projects for T-Mobile’s marketing and internal communications teams.
- Communicate with production, editorial, graphic, post-production, creative, content management, studio management, legal teams, and corporate partners to implement, track, and deliver projects.
- Coordinate and monitor projects from inception through production, post, and delivery to ensure timely completion of all creative details.
- Consolidate and execute multiple rounds of feedback from various teams and senior leaders.
- Manage budgeting, scheduling, planning, production size, content, and quality control.
- Source and license content from studio libraries, stock sites, and music houses.
- Work with internal and external clients to ensure timely production of creative materials, often on tight deadlines.
- Determine production size, content, and budget; conduct progress meetings to track deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Marketing, Advertising, Video or Design-related field (preferred).8+ years of creative production experience with agency, studio, production company, or in-house teams.Experience managing daily production activities including budgets, scripts, crew hires, editing, deliverables, and quality control.Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to provide innovative creative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.Excellent partner management and executive leadership skills; strong client and project management, communication, and organizational abilities.Ability to work with high volumes of detailed notes and changes quickly; flexibility with changing project details.Working knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production processes; basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to adhere to departmental procedures including obtaining VP, content management, and legal approvals on materials before distribution.At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States.Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range : $77,500 - $139,800. Corporate Bonus Target : 15%. Pay and bonus eligibility vary by location, qualifications, and experience.
