A Behavior Technician has the unique opportunity to participate in the provision of behavior analytic services in clinic, home, and community settings under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ® (BCBA®).
A Behavior Technician will be trained and developed to act as a vital member of the Behavior Analytic Services department in various capacities, including but not limited to assisting with assessments and providing clinic, home, and community-based behavior analytic interventions to children and their families.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general equivalency
- Most possess an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card or be eligible for one
- Must possess a valid AZ Driver’s License
- Applicants with experience working in behavioral health, preferably with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders or with a history of problem behavior, preferred.
- Must meet Agency requirements for Behavioral Health Technician.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
