Minimum requirements for this Area Manager for Paper Converting :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management
• At least 7 years of management experience with converting – high preference for tissue converting
• A track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong leadership skills—able to inspire, motivate, and drive results
• A growth mindset and excitement for working in a fast-paced, expanding environment.
