Job Summary
Our client, a mission-driven non-profit, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Executive Assistant to support their Chief of Staff in Arlington, VA!
About the Job :
- Manage high volume of inquiries and conflicts while providing complex calendaring and scheduling.
- Coordinate all high-level and complex meeting logistics : draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.
- Ensure proper prioritization of executive's time, focusing on high value activities.
- Handle logistics and itineraries for complex travel arrangements.
- Track and prepare expense reports.
- Perform a variety of executive administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed.
About You :
- 4+ years of experience in an Executive support role, or similar is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Self-disciplined with sound judgement and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Experience with MS Office Products and Concur is required; must be tech savvy.
About the Position :
- $36 / hr-$42 / hr depending on experience.
- Perm salary between $75K-$K, based on experience level.
- This position requires employee to be % on-site in Arlington, VA.
