Behavioral Therapist

The Treetop Therapy is on a mission to provide comprehensive in-home services and educate the parents of children with autism about intervention and teaching skills.

We're looking for full- and part-time Behavioral Therapists to join us in Arizona and support our clients in meeting their goals.

THE BASICS

Pay : Depending on experience, you earn $22.00 - $26.00 / hour . We also offer potential bonuses and pay increases that reflect your length of employment job performance, and session attendance !

Schedule : You don't have a set block schedule, and hours may vary depending on our clients' needs.

Benefits : We offer excellent benefits for both full- and part-time staff, including PTO for full-time staff, paid training, drive-time compensation, a diverse work culture with an emphasis on inclusion and clinical excellence, and supervision hours to meet BACB requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Heart for working with children and people with autism
• Willingness to travel to client homes
• Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
• Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST

In this role, you help children with autism tackle unique challenges and overcome obstacles to meet their goals. You visit clients in their homes and provide personalized ABA therapy services, always maintaining a patient and kind demeanor.

As you meet with clients, you track their progress while working at an appropriate pace for them. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what you love about being a Behavioral Therapist!
