Adara Living is looking for a technician to assist our Maintenance Director in our day-to-day operations.
General job responsibilities include :
- A general understanding for the repair and maintenance of serviceable machinery
- Ensuring that Maintenance schedules are followed as outlined
- a general knowledge of fire and safety procedures / protocols
- performing routine maintenance and repair on facility grounds
- Service and maintenance of facility heat and air conditioning units, equipment, and any and all other duties as directed by the Maintenance Director
