Tecnavia is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team working with the largest media companies in North America.

Responsibilities :

  • Day-to-day contact with our publisher partners and point person for client discussions
  • Manage and develop client relationships for driving clients through the full life-cycle of the account pre-sales support, onboarding, client UI walk-through, ongoing client relationship and troubleshooting
  • Use internal systems to ensure all account information is accurate and up to date
  • Track, resolve and / or escalate client issues while communicating updates and managing expectations both internally and externally
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing product performance
  • Cultivate positive business relationships with clients and internal teams

Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong communication and testing skills required
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs / Sheets / Gmail / Calendar) or similar with an aptitude to learn new systems
  • Enjoy working independently and in a collaborative small team environment
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities, duties and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and basic web development is a plus
  • Ad serving experience in DFP is a plus
  • Wordpress experience is a plus

Work location and schedule :

  • Full-time, 8 hour day shift, Monday through Friday
  • Our Development and Customer Service teams work 50% in our Burnsville, MN, office and 50% remotely. While working remotely, your stable internet connection will be required for VOIP, VPN, Zoom and other web-based tools.
  • Occasional evening emergency on-call shifts
