Full Time Position : 37.5 hours per week, 260 days per year

Salary range : $60,000 - $72,000
Part-time or Per diem option available.
Job Description : EdAdvance is seeking a Speech Language Therapist for the Birth to Three Department. The qualified candidate will be professional, organized, and able to work independently.
Major Responsibilities :
- Home visitation with infants / toddlers and their families
- Conduct developmental screenings and / or eligibility evaluations
- Collaborate with clinical team, families, and other professionals
- Participate in development of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Assist with the transition to preschool programming and other community supports
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ability to develop effective relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Qualifications / Requirements :
- CT DPH Licensed / Certified Speech Therapist MA / MS CCC, SLP *(CFY candidates considered)
- CT Certification 061 - CT TRB Eligible
- Experience with Infants, Toddlers and Families
- Service Coordinator Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Physical Requirements :
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling and therapeutic holding as required
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
Travel : Travel required within Torrington area. Must have reliable transportation, have a driver’s license, and car insurance.
