Description :
IHR Manager · Manage Corporate IHR team comprising of Global Mobility, Expat Tax Administration and Immigration Support · Liaise and work with all relevant stakeholders to create, own and drive company’s global mobility strategy.
Maintain knowledge of International HR policies, tax programs and immigration / labor laws. · Provide technical counsel to cross functional business units and regional HR / · Development, implementation and interpretation of all expatriate policies and contracts · Industry bench marking of expatriate package elements · Exception approval and tracking · Manage mobilization of all expats for Americas region · Manage Tax Assistance Program administered by the regions and Corporate · Manage global immigration compliance for on-shore and off-shore projects in / out of America’s region · Manage expatriate related vendors (immigration, relocation, data service providers, ISOS, tax compliance providers, etc.
Subject matter expert on all Expatriate issues · Country specific expatriate related issues including local labor law consideration · Lead on researching entry into new countries including immigration laws, labor laws, tax laws, payroll set up, tax compliance and expat package set up.
- Review and approval of all tax calculations (Hypo tax withholding , TE settlement calculations, etc.)
