Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tax Manager to join their team within a prestigious international financial centre.

Position Overview
The Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our client’s U.S. Tax practice. This role involves participating in and supervising the preparation of U.
S. income tax returns for clients in specialized areas such as property and casualty insurance, international executive taxation, and hedge funds / private equity funds.
The individual will work closely with the tax management team and supervise tax staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the growth and development of the U.S. Tax practice.
- Supervise the preparation of U.S. income tax returns for clients.
- Provide specialized tax services in areas including property and casualty insurance, international executive taxation, and hedge funds / private equity funds.
- Supervise and mentor tax staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to help clients manage their U.S. income tax reporting requirements and meet compliance responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in U.S. Taxation, public accounting, and / or a professional services environment with a specialization in U.S. Tax matters.
- Professional qualifications such as Enrolled Agent, LLM, or CPA / ACA / ACCA / CA.
- Membership with a recognized accountancy body is advantageous but not required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a small team.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work a flexible schedule, including overtime when required.
