Job Details
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Insurance Defense Attorney, with a specific focus on construction-related matters.
4. Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
5. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to insurance defense.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal disputes.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
