HRIS Consultant

Our client, located in Nashville, TN is looking to add a Temporary Dayforce HRIS Analyst to their team.

The Dayforce HRIS Analyst will serve as a technical point of contact and SME ensuring operational effectiveness, data integrity and testing of system changes.

Duties :

• Take the lead on daily system maintenance and support in RGS HR Information Systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues by determining root cause, researching solutions, and implementing solutions.
• Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet organizational needs
• Coordinate and facilitate testing of new releases and upgrades
• Support the implementation of the ongoing strategic direction for HRIS in the areas of reporting, metrics, and decision-supporting analytics.
• Manage data imports, exports and interfaces with other systems.
• Perform regular audits and clean-ups to maintain data integrity.
• Create and update relevant user and administration documentation
• Develop and deliver training to end users on HRIS functionalities and updates.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Required :

• Bachelor Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with Dayforce HR System, Equifax and Hirebridge is required
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.).
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Solid understanding of HR administration and project management. Job Title : HRIS Consultant
