Role Description
This is a Hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Don Chelada. Having previous retail chain connections is highly welcomed. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing retail accounts, managing sales operations, developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
They will also collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that drive product sales and brand awareness. It would necessary and crucial to have experience in the food and beverage industry as well as provide history of that experience.
Qualifications
- Must have experience dealing with retail chains in the food and beverage industry
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in achieving sales targets and building sales pipelines
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Marketing collaboration and strategy implementation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
