COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
Overview :
The primary role of the Compliance Coordinator is to monitor, update, and audit compliance documents and initiatives. A significant part of this role involves auditing Service Providers invoicing and invoice processing.
Proficiency in Excel is crucial for managing and analyzing data in this role.
Duties :
- Conduct regular audits of high-cost contractors and pricing adherence to contracts.
- Maintain and audit Flat Rates.
- Maintain Vendor Back charge list and bill Vendors accordingly.
- Ensure Contracts and addendums are up to date, audited, and filed.
- Resolve accounting invoice discrepancies.
- Assist Contractor Relations Representatives in negotiating where needed.
- Perform clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements :
High School diploma or GED required, some college a plus, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
Experience :
- At least 2 years of experience in authorization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must for data management and analysis.
- Must be able to work with Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication.
- Ability to engage and articulate insights with vendors and service partners.
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.

- Personal commitment to punctuality and attendance.
Additional Information :
Physical Requirements : This position operates in a clerical office setting. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Travel : No travel is expected for this position.
