We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Sales Analyst in the Banking industry for a hybrid role located in Brickell in Miami, Florida.
The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.
You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. THIS ROLE REQUIRES A SERIES 7 License.
Responsibilities :
- Managing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintaining precise records of customer credit
- Resolving any customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking action when necessary
- Utilizing business systems for various tasks
- Working with CRM and ERP for resource planning
- Performing various accounting functions as necessary
- Conducting audits as required
- Handling billing functions and ensuring they are carried out correctly
- Managing budget processes and ensuring they align with company goals
- Overseeing collection processes for the company
- Utilizing Series7 (MUST) and potentially a 66 / 63 Licenses and Securities License in relevant tasks.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in business systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
- Experience with Concur, CRM, and other relevant software tools.
- Familiarity with accounting functions including auditing, billing, budgeting, and collection processes.
- Hold a Series 7 License and a Securities License.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and industry regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using advanced financial modeling techniques.
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
