We're seeking a capable and organized Patient Staffing Coordinator to orient, staff and train caregivers in a growing home health agency.
The right individual will be detail-oriented, have a strong sense of urgency and work extremely well with other departments.
The staff member will need experience as a CNA / HHA or long term experience in direct care.Responsibilities :
- Scheduling clients with caregivers and orienting caregivers to staff
- Confirming time sheet and verifying client / caregiver hours
- Access care plans and explain tasks to caregivers
- Participate in the on call rotation with other staff members
