Program Manager - Security Clearance Required

Position is Pre-Award

Amentum seeks leader in the Signal Intelligence community comfortable with training and mentorship.

Manage dynamic and highly technical National Cryptologic University (NCU) SIGINT training programs focusing on areas such as collection, signals analysis and reporting.

Lead overall program activities, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, contract, Statement of Work (SOW), and technical specifications.

Organize and direct the necessary staff, resources, and tools to ensure successful training delivery.

Provide leadership and team building to motivate instructors and ensure effective program delivery.

Establish effective communication systems both within the team and with external entities.

Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, representing Amentum on all training program-related matters.

Ensure all training requirements and program goals are clearly communicated and understood by both the internal team and subcontractors.

Address and resolve conflicts and prioritize demands within the training programs.

Seek opportunities for additional contracts, expanded training scopes, and follow-on work through strategic customer engagement.

Handle unexpected issues in training programs by developing effective plans and solutions and securing additional resources if needed.

Tackle unique challenges associated with the development and delivery of cutting-edge SIGINT training.

Ensure all training deliverables are fully developed, documented, and ready for implementation.

Regularly report on program status to both Amentum and customer senior leadership.

Participate in the development and support of training proposals as required.

Foster effective working relationships within the training department, across business units, and the entire company to ensure a collaborative work environment.

Perform additional duties as required to support the success and expansion of SIGINT training initiatives at Amentum.

Qualifications should include something like :

Previous experience managing a professional SIGINT workforce

TS / SCI w / FS Poly

Highly desirable : Bachelor's and PMP
