Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Must be a Pennsylvania resident.
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Proven experience in delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs.
- Strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the ability to create and implement effective strategies and accommodations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and fellow team members.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in utilizing virtual teaching platforms, educational software, and assistive technologies.
