PositionOverview :
Recess PediatricTherapy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pediatric SpeechLanguage Pathologist to join our team. This role involvesconducting evaluations and treatment sessions at our cliniclocations.

KeyResponsibilities :
- Conductthorough evaluations to assess the speech and language therapyneeds of pediatric clients.
- Develop andimplement individualized treatment plans based on assessmentresults and the unique needs of eachchild.
- Provide direct speech and languagetherapy services including interventions to enhance communicationskills speech production language comprehension and socialcommunication.
- Collaborate with familiescaregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinatedcare and effective treatment outcomes.
- Monitorand document progress towards therapy goals adjusting treatmentplans as necessary.
- Educate families andcaregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support thechilds communication development athome.
- Participate in team meetings caseconferences and continuing education opportunities to stay currentwith best practices in pediatric speech and languagetherapy.
- Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation of services provided in accordance with regulatoryand organizationalstandards.
Qualifications :
- Mastersdegree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accreditedprogram.
- Current licensure or eligibility forlicensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state ofCalifornia.
- Experience working with pediatricpopulations in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge ofspeech and language development articulation disorders phonologicaldisorders and other relevant therapytechniques.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with childrenfamilies and team members.
- Ability to workindependently and manage a caseloadefficiently.
- Commitment to ongoing professionaldevelopment and staying current with research and best practices inpediatric speech and languagetherapy.
