We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As the Development Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our organization's development efforts.
This includes program development, relationship management, budgeting and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developmental disabilities, program management and behavioral health.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategies to increase funding and support for our organization
Collaborate with program staff to develop new initiatives and expand existing programs
Supervise a team of paraprofessionals
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in development
Skills :
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is required
Demonstrated success in program development and management
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Knowledge of various aspects of ID / D population
Proficient in budgeting and financial management
Exceptional relationship management skills
Understanding of behavioral health issues
Bachelors or Masters Degree is strongly preferred
