Weekend Requirement : 4 per 4 weeks (flexible) Requirements :

• NC license
• Minimum 2 years of experience on the cardiac floor
• Skills : Cardiac Telemetry, PCU / DOU / IMC / Stepdown, Sheath Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Post MI, Pre / Post Cardiac Cath, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Chest tubes-Emerson / Pleuravac, External CPAP / BIPAP, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management
• Traveler Experience : Required unless traveler has more than 24 months of cardiac experience
• BLS & ACLS, NIHSS
• May screen if 1.5 year of CVICU experience in a large facility
• Arterial line management, Wound Care / Wound Vac, and Charge Experience preferred

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT : Arterial lines (not required), Doppler, Bladder scanner, EKG, Femoral sheaths, TR band, Fem-stop, Chest tubes, Epicardial Pacing Wires.
