Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and record patient's condition and notify the physician of any changes.
- Provide personalized patient care, including assistance with daily activities and hygiene.
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and medication usage.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust patient care plans as needed.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience as a Private Duty Nurse (LVN or RN)
- Current LVN or RN license in the state of Texas
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team
