Fachhändler, Distributoren und DIY Die Aufgaben :
- Führung des Marketingteams mit 4 Mitarbeitenden
- Verantwortung für die europaweiten Marketingaktivitäten (Trade-Marketing, Digital, Social Media, PR, für die verschiedenen Marken)
- Definition der Marketingstrategie und Entwicklung von Marketingkonzepten in Übereinstimmung mit den zentralen Vorgaben
- Implementierung der Marketingaktivitäten für den Fachhandel, den Baumarkt und den Online-Kanal
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Markenpositionierung und im Hinblick auf Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse und Trends
- Enge und unterstützende Zusammenarbeit mit den europäischen Vertriebskollegen
Ihr Profil :
- Master mit Schwerpunkt in Marketing oder äquivalente Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Segment Outdoor Power Equipment / motorbetriebene Geräte für den Außenbereich / elektrische Gartengeräte
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer europaweiten Tätigkeit im Marketing idealerweise mit Fokus auf den Fachhandel und Point of Sales Kampagnen
- Mindestens erste Führungserfahrung oder Team Lead Verantwortung gewünscht
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität mit der Flexibilität die Marketingstrategie voranzutreiben und gleichzeitig die entwickelten Marketingkonzepte gemeinsam mit dem Team operativ umzusetzen
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohe Umsetzungsstärke, sowie Fähigkeit andere zu begeistern
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
