Extrusion Team Lead

Pries is looking to add an extrusion team lead to our production crew!

These hours would be 6am-6pm on a 2, 2, 3 schedule.

Starting pay at minimum $22 but based on experience.

Position Summary :

• Supervise all employee areas in extrusion production.
• Schedule and execute production; to  achieve company goals and meet customer needs based on available material, equipment and manpower.  Responsible for safety of employees under supervision.
• Understand and follow instructions.
• Work well with  others, detail oriented, accept additional responsibility, use good judgement when making decisions, multi-task, organize and plan work by priority.
• Is reliable and motivated.  Has strong communication skills, both written  and verbal.  Maintain a positive attitude.
