The Position :

We're looking to hire a Mid-Level AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways :

  • Team Augmentation : You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Design & Build : You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For :

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with strong knowledge of AI.
  • Design, develop, and test machine learning algorithms and models.
  • Analyze and interpret large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Implement and optimize models in production environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on machine learning models and processes.
  • Identify and address issues that may arise during development and deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and inference techniques.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
