The Payroll Coordinator will report to the Accounting Manager and have the opportunity to focus on payroll functions. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Process hourly and salary payroll for 75+ employees on a weekly, bi-monthly and monthly basis
  • Employee garnishments, including reimbursements, child support, vacation, holiday pay, etc.
  • Ensure payroll compliance and complete quarterly and annual payroll reporting
  • Assist with year-end payroll functions, including processing W-2s
  • Perform data entry of payroll into the ERP system
  • Submit the final payroll to ADP
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment that offers the opportunity for this person to focus on processing payroll with a flexible schedule of 20-25 hours per week .

This position does require candidates to be able to work in cross-functional teams, be upbeat and energetic about job responsibilities, able to handle multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced work environment and take ownership of projects and tasks.

Eager, fast learners are encouraged to apply! Candidates should be able to communicate at all levels. Hours worked weekly : Candidates must be willing to work every Tuesday and Wednesday, filling in additional hours throughout the week as needed for a total of 20-25 hours.

REQUIREMENTS for the Payroll Coordinator : 1. Minimum of a high school diploma 2. At least 3-5 years of experience processing payroll 3.

Experience completing large amounts of data entry 4. Microsoft Office, including Excel Skills preferred but NOT required : 1.

Experience processing payroll in manufacturing environments 2. ADP experience 3.
