REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
- Conducts / delegates the assessment and reassessment of patient, including updating of care plan and interpreting patient needs, while adhering to Company, physician, and / or health facility procedures / policies
- Instructs and guides caregivers to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality home care services, and is available to assist caregivers as appropriate
- Coordinates communication between team members and manager
- Analyzes situations, identifies problems, identifies and evaluates alternative courses of action through the utilization of Performance Improvement principles
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
- Assist with providing personal care, checking vitals signs or administering prescription medication
- Ability to direct patient on healthy lifestyle encouragement
Required Experience / Skills :
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Proof of current CPR
- Valid driver's license
Job Type : Part-Time, 4 hour shifts
Salary : From $40.00-$45.00 per hour
