Responsibilities :

  • Deliver the most effective physical therapy treatments, consistently striving for the best results.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of treatments and recommend adjustments to enhance treatments as required.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and referral sources, ensuring clear communication and alignment on treatment plans.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations and patient notes.
  • Maintain thorough records of patient treatments and consistently provide comprehensive discharge summaries.
  • Comprehend and remain attentive to patients' needs, fostering a positive therapeutic experience.
  • Adhere to the regulatory framework delineated in the Physical Therapy Practice Act of Pennsylvania to maintain compliance.

Qualifications :

  • Education Level : Bachelor's Degree in PT, Master's Degree in PT, or Doctorate in PT from an APTA-accredited PT School
  • Knowledgeable in providing physical therapy services in outpatient orthopedic settings
  • Minimum six months of supervised experience
  • State licensure
  • CPR certification
  • McKenzie Certification is a plus
