Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the creation and refinement of digital K-12 curriculum content aligned with educational standardsManage and mentor a team of instructional designers and content developersUtilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning design initiatives and improve contentRequired QualificationsMaster's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field7+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleIn-depth knowledge of K-12 education systems and curriculum standardsExperience managing a content development or instructional design teamStrong understanding of EdTech tools and digital learning platforms
