Responsibilities
Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes.
Enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and safety of healthcare delivery
Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment.
Develop Patient Centered Practice Teams.
Required Qualifications
Active FNP National Board Certification
Active Nurse Practitioner license
1+ year of professional Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) experience
