Assistant Project Manager
Role : Project Administrator (or) Project Assistant (or) Project Coordinator
Duration : Full time
Work Type : Hybrid West Coast (25% onsite If required)
Responsibilities :
- 1. Receive the day-to-day work instructions from the Project Manager(s) but is expected to be a self-starter and work independently.
- 2. Responsible for supporting the Project Manager(s) and ensuring his / her projects are maintained properly throughout the project lifecycle.
- 3. Knowledge of working on ERP (SAP, JD Edwards Etc. ) is highly preferable
- 4. Assisting Project manager with monthly project reviews and participate in project reviews.
- 5. Coordinate and update project / program documentation to facilitate informed project decisions.
- 6. Must be well versed in using spreadsheets (Pivot tables etc.), MS project. Office 365, PowerPoint presentations etc.
