Hybrid / Remote Public Accounting Audit Supervisor - Scottsdale, AZ
A well-established CPA firm located in North Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an experienced and highly flexible Audit Manager for a remote / hybrid position.
The Audit Manager will assume full responsibility for managing projects and engagements for multiple clients across various industries.
Key responsibilities include overseeing audits, managing staff, and reviewing financial statements and technical accounting matters.
In addition, the Audit Manager will actively collaborate with partners and team members in client management, practice development, and business growth initiatives.
This role is assigned a specific group of clients.
The Audit Senior is responsible for managing projects and engagements for multiple clients across diverse industries. Key responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing audits, as well as addressing technical accounting matters.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
- CPA designation and five to seven years of progressive audit experience in public accounting for Audit Manager positions
- Exceptional analytical and technical skills
- Outstanding client service and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly growing team environment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including audit-preparation software, and a good understanding of the impact of technology
