Responsibilities :
- This role oversees the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, working with external and internal cross-functional teams, including Design, Procurement, Commissioning, Safety, Sales, Operations, and Acquisitions to ensure project alignment.
- Lead pre-construction and construction efforts for active projects
- Oversee on-site physical construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution
- Coordination with the separately managed and contracted tenant fit out projects providing quality assurance support and commissioning coordination for designs of all natures including high density liquid cooling.
- Ensure effective management of contracts, including generating, reviewing, and monitoring prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and cost forecasts
- Be able to maintain and win business within the growing data center market
- Work with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviews
Qualifications :
- MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- 5+ years’ experience in the mission critical sector and 10+ in construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Data Center experience preferred; construction management experience required
