The Associate Director assures compliance, ethical recruitment, and commitment to enrolling qualified students who possess the ability to meet their desired program outcomes.
The Associate Director of Admissions has 24 / 7 / 365 accountability of department staff, oversees the entire enrollment cycle of each qualified candidate, and represents the department to executive leadership.
The Associate Director collaborates with department staff and other internal as well as external constituents in maintaining a departmental effectiveness plan and contributing to the overall institutional effectiveness plan.
