Job Overview : The Accounting Manager will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with the CFO to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial operations.

Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting and Analysis :
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in strategic financial planning and forecasting.
• Process Improvement and Optimization :
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Implement best practices to improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cash Management and Treasury :
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash forecasting activities.
• Collaborate on treasury management strategies.
• Team Leadership and Development :
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Assist in recruiting and developing top talent within the finance department.
• Close Collaboration with CFO :
• Work closely with the CFO to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide regular updates on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct accounting software is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Cash to GAAP conversion processes and principles.
• Experience with high-volume monthly transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
