We are looking for upbeat, personable, and sales-driven individuals to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Our ideal applicant is highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thriving on a commission-driven environment, and a desire to build a career in the beauty industry. Responsibilities include proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers, consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, meeting sales quotas, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening / closing business, and daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Qualifications include the ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time or 35-40 hours per week for full-time, reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends, customer service experience, a friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals, polished professional appearance, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to stand, bend, and walk for 5-8 hours per day.
