As an RBT at Total Care ABA, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting clients in reaching their goals.
Position Summary : We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
As an RBT at Total Care ABA, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
You will provide hands-on support and implement behavior intervention plans to help clients acquire new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve their overall quality of life.

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as home, school, or community. Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection methods.
Assist clients in acquiring and mastering skills across various domains, including communication, social interaction, self-help, and academic skills.
Implement behavior management strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior. Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify behavior intervention plans based on client progress and needs.
Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with clients, families, and other stakeholders. Communicate regularly with the BCBA and team members to update on client progress, challenges, and successes.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in ABA therapy. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and relevant regulatory bodies.
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus. Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred. Knowledge and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with individuals with diverse needs and abilities. Ability to follow behavior intervention plans, collect data, and provide feedback to the BCBA.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting client progress and session notes. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
