As a Licensed Receptionist, you'll be the initial point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience at our office.

While this role is not remote, it offers a great opportunity to establish meaningful connections with our clients and be an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities

Client Reception : Greet clients in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional assistance.

Appointment Scheduling : Manage appointments for clients and team members, optimizing office efficiency.

Document Handling : Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Insurance Verification : Verify insurance coverage for clients, making sure all necessary information is up to date.

Administrative Support : Assist with general administrative tasks to support the overall office functions.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Washington Property & Casualty Insurance License required.Experience : Prior customer service experience preferred.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Attention to Detail : Ability to accurately document information and manage client records.

Interpersonal Skills : Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.Organizational Skills : Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player : Collaborative attitude, eager to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
