Licensed Practical Nurse

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a full-time, variable shift Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Scribner Kidney Center team.

Shift

Full-time, 40 hours per week, evening shift (3p-11 : 30p) Mon-Sat

Purpose :

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the delivery and documentation of care for patients dialyzing at Northwest Kidney Centers.

The Licensed Practical Nurse is self-directed, follows leadership provided by the RN, Designated Charge Nurse, Supervisor or Manager.

The LPN provides relief and / or project duties as well as patient assessments and data collection. May also supervise unit staff and volunteers.

Requirements

• Technical degree in practical nursing
• Active Washington state LPN license
• Proof of immunity to Hep B

Preferred qualifications

One year clinical, patient care experience

The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.

This position is eligible for an evening shift premium of $2.50 / hour.

This position is eligible for a weekend premium of $4.00 / hour.
