Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly responsible and energetic Van Driver to join our team. This part-time position involves the safe transport of children aged 5 to 12 years old before and after school.
This role is ideal for individuals, particularly college students, seeking meaningful part-time work that allows them to engage positively with youth.
This position does have the ability to grow into a full-time position for those searching, but is initially a part-time position
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely transport students to and from designated school locations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout the journey.
- Communicate effectively with children, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including attendance.
Qualifications :
- Must possess a valid Utah driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.
