What we are looking for
We are looking for a Scheduler to join our Revenue Cycle team. In this role, you’ll help streamline and optimize scheduling processes to drive efficiency and enhance service for our business and client partners.
Reporting directly to the Director of Patient Services, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine scheduling workflows that deliver valuable solutions to our clients.
As a key member of the Revenue Cycle team, your contributions will extend beyond immediate tasks. Your insights and feedback will be vital in enhancing how we support both the organization and our partners.

Your responsibilities
- Handle daily inbound calls from patients to schedule exams across all radiology modalities and special procedures.
- Make outbound calls to patients and / or referring physicians' offices as needed.
- Ensure orders, authorizations, and special instructions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Verify patient information, including demographics, financial details, and insurance coverage.
- Collect insurance details and verify benefits to support seamless scheduling and billing processes.

You have
- At least 1 year of experience in an imaging center or scheduling role (preferred)
- Customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or Haitian Creole are a plus
