We are seeking a full-time Credentialed or non-Credentialed Medical Assistant to join our busy clinic located in NE Portland, with some coverage to SW Portland.

You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments, and we are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, great positive attitude, and customer-focused work ethic.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, strong at multitasking and dedicated to high quality patient care.

Primary duties include rooming and preparing patients for examination, assisting with procedures, collecting specimens, cleaning, and stocking exam rooms, phlebotomy training desired, and any other duties as assigned.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm.

Hiring pay based on open position, experience, and credentials :

  • Medical Assistant - $19.49 - $26.37 per hour.
  • Credentialed Medical Assistant

Level I - $21.66- $29.30 per hour.

Level II - $23.82 - $32.23 per hour.

Level III - $26.21 - $35.46 per hour.

Placement within levels based on specialty group, experience, additional duties.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications :

  • At least one year of previous experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
  • New graduates with excellent externship / clinical references may be considered.
  • Current CPR / BLS within 60 days of hire.
  • Prior EMR experience strongly preferred; EPIC experience a plus!
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Excellent prior work references.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
