Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer specializing in Pharmacy Healthcare, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge software solutions tailored to the unique needs of pharmacies in the healthcare industry.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable software applications that facilitate efficient pharmacy operations and promote patient safety.
Responsibilities : Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions for pharmacy management, prescription processing, and medication dispensing.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies. Optimize software performance and scalability to meet the demands of high-volume pharmacy environments.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and accuracy of software applications. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy healthcare software.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in software development, with a focus on building scalable applications in a professional setting. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with database technologies (e.
g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts. Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
