Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool
Location : Temple, TX
Shift : 12 HR Nights (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM), 3 shifts per week (36 hours)
Hourly Rate : $32 - $53
Job Overview :
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Float Pool in Temple, TX. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who enjoy working in a dynamic environment across various units, including 12 Medical-Surgical units, the ICU, and the Emergency Department.
As part of the Float Pool team, you will have the opportunity to work at multiple levels of care, providing support throughout the Temple region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality nursing care across multiple units, including Medical-Surgical, ICU, and ED.
- Flexibly adapt to the care needs of different patient populations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and utilize continuing education resources.

Qualifications :
- Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program, or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
- Experience : At least 2 years of RN experience required.
- Licensure : Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Texas.
- Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
