The Mobile Crisis Clinician provides immediate person-centered assistance to referrals from the Compass Disaster Line and community partners. The Mobile Crisis Clinician is responsible for assessing each individual’s needs, level of risk, and providing clinically appropriate interventions and referral. The Mobile Crisis Clinician will represent this program with other agencies and partners to ensure needs of individuals served are met. This is a hybrid position requiring regional travel and office-based work. It will require working part of the time from a company location, and part of the time working from a non-company location.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 4 : 00pm - 12 : 00am.

Provide clinically appropriate crisis intervention and risk assessments through appropriate platform; phone, video, face-to-face.Complete Zero Suicide screening and work to identify each caller’s needs in a timely mannerMake follow-up calls or visits, as requiredCommunicate clearly, timely, and effectively with community partnersAttend monthly meetings and weekly clinical supervision with Mobile Crisis Clinician SupervisorMaintain agreed upon level of productivityProvide culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of each callerBe knowledgeable of all services provided within Compass HealthBe knowledgeable of other human / social services agencies for purposes of referral if Compass is unable to provide a service and maintain documentation of such referralMaintain client records, following agency and state regulationsEnsure all documentation is written in proficient and professional mannerRefer and coordinate with mobile outreach team, as necessaryCollaborate and communicate with caller’s multi-disciplinary treatment teamOther duties as assigned by supervisorFlexibility with shifts may be required.Assist with transportation as clinically indicated. Driving is an essential function of the position.Office-based at least three days per week and various office locations within designated region.
